Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Fife, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 120,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
A new Elementary School will be constructed adjacent to the existing Fife High School. Located at 5616 20th St. SE Fife WA. The new school will house 850 K-5 elementary students and is estimated to be 120,000 SF. FSD has selected Integrus Architecture to lead the design for the project. At this time, the full scope of the project is yet to be determined. Currently it is assumed that at a minimum, the work will include the following: Construction of an approximately 120,000 SF Elementary School The construction of play areas and ball fields Offsite improvements Construction of new student drop off, bus loop, and parking Miscellaneous site and landscaping improvements OWNER: Fife School District No. 458 5802 20th ST E Tacoma, WA 98424. Fife School District extends an invitation to qualified General Contractors to submit statements of qualification for the position of General Contractor/Construction Manager for the construction project of the Fife New Elementary School No. 4.
