Community Center HVAC & Kitchen Renovation project, located at 2111 54th Ave E., in Fife, WA. This work includes furnishing the necessary materials and labor for this project. The Project consists of the renovation of the existing Fife Community Center. The renovation project will include the replacement of existing mechanical and kitchen equipment and associated appurtenances. The project also includes the removal and replacement of the existing roofing, and louvers within the 700 SF Mechanical Platform. A more detailed scope of work can be found in the bid packet available on the city website at cityoffife.org. The city invites interested firms to bid on this project.
