Hazelwood School District is seeking bids for installing a new concrete pad for a future greenhouse. Hazelwood Central High School: 15875 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant MO, 63031 The pad will need to include four (4), six-inch (6") floor drains and piping that will need to tie into our existing sewer 1. The new pad shall be thirty-two feet (32') wide by fifty feet (50') long, approximately 1600 are feet. 2. Excavate to a depth of eight inches, removing all spoils from the site. 3. Install approximately four inches of 1" minus rock base as well as drain lines, and roller 4. compact the rock base. 5. Pour and smooth finish four inches of 4,000 psi concrete, including a frost footer, sloping the concrete toward the drains. Control and expansion joints should be installed as necessary. 6. All barricading shall be the contractor's responsibility. 7. Contractor is required to secure all necessary MSD or other permits required.
