Remove and replace existing tank covers and channel grating at Pottersburg Waste Water Treatment Plant Question Deadline: Fri Aug 1, 2025 2:00:00 PM (EDT) The following table lists most of the equipment and services to be provided by the Contractor. Items marked "D" will be completed during the design phase, "C" will be completed through the construction phase, "P" will be completed after the installation is completed and "O" will be completed after the equipment has been in operation for 6 to 12 months The purpose for this RFT is to solicit a Contractor to remove and replace existing tank covers and channel grating at Pottersburg WWTP. All materials, equipment, and labour are to be supplied by the Contractor. All support brackets and anchor straps for the channel grating are in good working condition and do not need to be removed or replaced. New grating is to be compatible with this existing equipment. New grating is to remain the same depth as the existing equipment to maintain a flush fit when installed. The existing tank covers are failing. It is not anticipated that a similar, flush-mount system will anchor into the existing hatch openings. The Contractor should consider surface mounted designs when reviewing the project requirements. The Contractor will be required to submit a schedule showing key dates for this project. The schedule shall include, at minimum, the following milestones: Shop drawing submission and required manufacturing time; Mobilization to site; Existing hatch and grating removals beginning and duration; New equipment installation and duration; and Demobilization
