Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Limited demolition of planting, surfaces, site elements. The fabrication of new furnishings. The supply and installation of new concrete and paver surfaces, materials and furnishings. Lighting, Fountain features. Miscellaneous repair tasks such as the sanding, prep and painting of limited metalwork in the courtyard. Work in the interior space to include. New electrical and water connections and refurbishment of a donor wall feature. All necessary cleaning to close out work and restore adjacent surfaces Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond and an Agreement to Bond, issued by a Surety Company licensed to conduct business in Canada, and acceptable to the Owners. The Bid Bond shall be in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount. Submit with Bid Form and Bid Bond, Consent of Surety or Agreement to Bond, stating that surety providing Bid Bond is willing to supply Performance Bond (50%) and Labour and Materials Payment Bond (50%).
