Reference Number 0000298155 D6. SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of work of this RFP consists of a peer review of RRBP’s Preliminary and Intermediate Design Contract Price Reports. D6.1.1 The nature of the review is intended to be high-level, with a primary focus on providing opinion and commentary regarding the key determinants of construction cost, risk and contingency development, cost sharing between RRBP and the City, market conditions, and other relevant factors. D6.1.2 The purpose of the Peer Review is not to recreate or revise the estimates as provided. D6.1.3 The Peer Reviewer is required to conduct spot checks of quantities of the major cost drivers, unit rates, and allowances, however, a comprehensive, independent estimate is not required.
