Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project consists of American Legion Park Improvements for the City of Elizabethtown. Bid bonds in the amount of 5% of the total bid are required. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount are required upon the execution of the contract. Contractors and subcontractors will be required to comply with all Kentucky workers compensation and unemployment insurance requirements. Any questions regarding the project should be addressed by email to CMW to Brad Boaz at bboaz@cmwaec.com. Final questions must be submitted by 4:00 pm on July 30, 2025. This Project is located within American Legion Park near N. Miles Road in Elizabethtown, KY. The Project consists of the construction of a Restroom Building with Open-Air Shelter and second Restroom Building with indicated site improvements.
