Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Postville, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
P.C. Concrete Sidewalk, grading and granular subbase, culvert and storm sewer, concrete retaining wall, erosion control, traffic control and related work. Site Directions: Beginning at the intersection of Coop Drive and the Wastewater Treatment Plant Drive continuing easterly along Cherry Valley Drive to Pacific Street in the City of Postville. Work A. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, services, and documentation necessary to construct the Project defined herein. The Work may include related services such as testing, start-up, and commissioning, all as required by the Contract Documents. B. The Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Project is generally described as follows: 1. Cherry Valley Drive Sidewalk Improvements which includes: P.C. Concrete Sidewalk, grading and granular subbase, culvert and storm sewer, concrete retaining wall, erosion control, traffic control and related work. 2. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Coop Drive and the WWTP drive continuing easterly along Cherry Valley Drive to Pacific Street in the City of Postville, Iowa.
