A. Project Title: Construct Concrete Containment for Bldg 125 and 157. B. Acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. Applicable NAICS is 238110 - Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors. The SBA size standard for this NAICS is $19.0M. C. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. D. Vendors shall complete blocks 14, 15, 17 (if applicable), 19 (if any amendments posted), and 20 A-C of this form. E. Vendors are required to be in an 'Active' status in sam.gov at time of proposal submission IAW FAR 52.204-7 Period of Performance: 09/01/2025 to 03/31/2026 Delivery: 210 Days After Award Contractor shall have knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the Solicitation Documents. The SOW and Specifications are written for constructing concrete containment structures around oil filled electrical transformers. There is NOT a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6. All RFI questions pertaining to this project must be submitted in writing to the POC (david.hildebrand@usda.gov) of this solicitation. Responses to RFI questions will only be posted on sam.gov. To ensure a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM July 29th, 2025. Questions submitted after July 29th until proposals are due may not receive a response. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
