The City of Ames, Iowa (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Management Firms to provide Construction Management Services for the construction of a new Resource Recovery and Recycling Campus (R3C), including overall site development. The project is located at 220-400 Freel Drive, Ames, Iowa. Questions and requests for clarification of requirements for these services are encouraged. All questions and requests for clarification are to be submitted via AmesBids no later than 5:00 PM local time on July 30, 2025 Contact with personnel of the City other than Karen Server, Purchasing Manager, and Justin Clausen, Director of Public Works, regarding this Request for Proposal may be grounds for elimination from the selection process.
