Renovation of an educational facility in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,575-square-foot educational facility.
SECPSD is now accepting tenders for the roof replacement of section 35 of the Weyburn Comprehensive School in Weyburn, Sask. The work will include for the removal of approximately 4,575 ft2 (425 m2) of existing SBS roof system and the installation of a new SBS roof system. The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin upon award; the completion date is December 15, 2025. Bidders must be qualified to perform the work. The successful bidder must be a certified applicator with an approved manufacturer. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid. This project is being professionally managed on behalf of South East Cornerstone Public School Division by RMIS. Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca
