The City of Weyburn is seeking current rate sheets from qualified, experienced companies to provide snow removal services throughout the City on an "as needed and when requested basis" during the 2025/2026 winter season. Contractors will be placed on a pre-qualified list. During the 2025/2026 winter season, selection of any contractor from the list will be based on the contractor's availability, resources, available equipment, financial offering and performance. Bidders are able to re-submit prices throughout the season if their available equipment list changes. Any revisions to rate sheets after closing date must be sent directly to Kevin Linnen at Klinnen@weyburn.ca. The City also reserves the right in its sole discretion to contact one or more of the pre-qualified contractors on an "as needed basis". The City of Weyburn expects Contractors to provide the following services with a response time within 4 hours of a call out. If unable to respond within that time period, another contractor will be contacted at the City of Weyburn's discretion.
