BL2017-952 The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) is soliciting proposals from a qualified and experienced Design Build firms or teams the design and construction of a new Fire Station 2 and Fire Station Headquarters and Metro Office Building for the Nashville Fire Department site is located in Nashville, TN and is bounded by Jo Johnston Avenue to the North, 1st Avenue North to the East, Gay Street to the South, and 2nd Avenue North to the West. The building's two levels ofoffice space for other metro uses. The budget accounts for the core/shell construction (warm dark shell) but no fit up. Metro will determine end user at a future date.
