The work includes construction services associated with Projects BKTZ242011 and BKTZ252001, consisting of renovation and remodeling of the auditorium and second-floor bathroom facilities. All equipment provided for the Building 747 Auditorium must comply with the attached DoDIN Approved Product Listing, and no substitutions are authorized. The project is being procured as a construction contract under NAICS Code 236220, with an estimated construction magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Location: 118th Wing Berry Field Air National Guard Base, Nashville, Tennessee 37217. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contactor shall provide the following professional services that include: 3.1.1. The A-E shall attend the pre-construction meeting. KO shall schedule, chair, and record and distribute meeting minutes. 3.1.1.1. The A-E shall conduct bi-weekly construction meetings and conduct site observations to occur currently with the meetings throughout construction 3.1.2. Demolish existing seating and install new furniture 3.1.3. Flooring and tile: 3.1.3.1. Demolish and install new floor covering, interior wall covering, and tiling 3.1.4. Lighting: 3.1.4.1 . Demolish existing lighting and install new. 3.1.5. Electrical: 3.1.5.1. Add additional electrical circuits as detailed in drawings. 3.1.6. HVAC: 3.1.6.1. Rework duct work to ensure proper air flow for all areas. 3.1.7. Demo and expand the current Communications room 3.1.8. Install new Video Wall and AV equipment. 3.1.9. Reference attached drawings
