Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

The project consists of a combined construction effort at Building 747, integrating repairs to an auditorium and a second-floor restroom. The auditorium repair involves selective demolition, raised-floor concrete demolition, partition wall construction, new wall and floor finishes including paint and carpet tile, installation of an acoustic ceiling, and new fixed seating for approximately 147 occupants. The work also includes upgrades to electrical power and lighting, HVAC modifications, audiovisual equipment and cabling, electronic security systems, and minor fire protection updates, all in accordance with applicable Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria. The restroom repair includes demolition and disposal of existing partitions, plumbing fixtures, accessories, flooring, and ceiling tiles. New installations include HVAC exhaust fans and ductwork, plumbing fixtures such as water closets, urinals, and lavatories with required carriers and fittings, LED lighting, and updated finishes including gypsum board, ceramic wall and floor tiles, paint, and acoustic ceilings. Additional work includes installation of restroom accessories such as partitions, mirrors, grab bars, and dispensers, also meeting applicable UFC standards. The combined work is planned as a firm-fixed-price contract with an estimated construction magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000 and a total performance period of 180 calendar days.
