The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) is soliciting proposals for construction services for Phase I at Fort Negley Park. A possible timeline for construction would be: * Notice of Intent to Award - September 1, 2025 * Phase 1 Construction Begin - October 1, 2025 * Phase 1 Substantial Completion - October 1, 2026 A Payment and Performance Bond is required for a contract award exceeding $100,000. The awarded firm shall submit a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond as a condition precedent to a contract or purchase order. Documentation of bonds shall be in a format acceptable to Metro.
