Switch is to Be Externally Operable by Means of a Two Position "on-off" Handle Operating Mechanism. Switch is to Be Completely Enclosed and to Meet the Security Provisions of the Latest Revision of Ansi C57.12.28. Switch is to Be S&c Type Pmh-11 (Mark Iii-catalog No. 55363r3-k8-p5) With Accessories as Indicated Equipped With One Fused Tap Per Phase Using S&c Type Sml-4z Power Fuse Mountings Supplied With Fuse Holders but Without Refill Elements. Switch is to Be Without Interlocks. Each Unit is Also to Have Permanently Embossed and Individually Identifiable Serial Number Stamped on the Nameplate. Delivery Must Be by Open, Flatbed Truck Unless Otherwise Approved Prior to Shipment.
