As of October 01, 2025, the project was awarded to WR Construction, with an awarded amount of $187,181.95. The Luce County Road Commission is seeking bids for the construction of the "CR 393 Culvert Replacement" that includes the following major items of work: o Replacement of two existing culverts with an aluminum box culvert. Work includes excavation, culvert, road reconstruction, erosion control, riprap, slope restoration, and other related work. The Luce County Road Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the Luce County Road Commission in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will not be required for this project. A non-refundable fee of $22.00 will be charged to download the contract documents. Paper copies of the contract documents may be obtained by contacting Coleman Engineering Company. Download delivery fee is $22.00, file size is 3 MB . Question Deadline 07/31/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
