This Project Will Improve the Existing and Deficient Offset Intersection Geometry by Improving 0.26 Miles of New Albany-condit Road (Sr 605) and 0.19 Miles of Walnut Street(Cr-19) by Constructing a Modern 2x1 Multi-lane Roundabout. The Project Also Includes the Installation of a Culvert Replacement, Closed Storm Sewer System, Street Lighting. Share Dusepath, and Various Other Improvements. Ebe Goal: 8% ENG ESTIMATE (Base Bid + Alternate Items) = $4,944,144 The Work Shall Be Completed No Later Than May 31, 2026. a Certified Check or Cashier S Check. The Amount of the Certified Check or Cashiers Check Shallbe Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid. The Certified Check or Cashiers Check Submitted With a Bid Will Be Held as a Guarantee on an Accepted Bid Proposal. Bidders Are Required to Be Pre-qualified With the Ohio Department of Transportation to Submit a Bid Forthis Project.
