Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Perth-Andover, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Municipality would like to receive proposals on the following: 1.Installation of approximately 1750 m of class A Curb and Gutter along East Riverside Drive. We are requesting a price per meter. The contractor will be paid based on the actual length installed. Contractors Responsibility 1.Installation of Curb & Gutter. The concrete mix proportions will be those required by DTI specifications. 2.Foreman to provide final layout to municipal staff for grading of level base for curb. 3.All bidders are required to visit the site prior to tendering. 4.Flagging when required. 5.The successful bidder will be required to submit proof of contractor's liability insurance. Owner Responsibility 1.Removal of existing curbs. 2.All fill and compaction required for base. 3.The owner or agents of the owner will determine the layout and grades.
