Work includes three new offices and an open work space including new interior shes, mechanical, lighting and electrical outlets. This project will house the Pre-trial services department of the courthouse. On behalf of the Board of Curry County Commissioners and pursuant to and in compliance with the NM State Procurement Code, Curry County hereby invites competitive sealed bids for the Construction of Pretrial Services Space. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The project includes extensive interior demolition of an existing structure to also include electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems and to renovate the structure according to the Drawings and Specifications prepared by NCA Architects. A summary of services the General Contractor shall perform to complete the Project, include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Planning, supervision and timely completion of the Project b.
