Renovation of a residential development in Clovis, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
All questions regarding the contract documents or the scope of work shall be directed in an email to Lowry Consultants, Inc., jeff.lowry@zoho.com. The work consists of furnishing all labor and materials required for the delivery and installation of the following items of work: Install Refrigerated Air Conditioning and Central Heating (27 Units). Contact Lowry Consultants, Inc., Project Engineer at (505) 259-5915 for questions concerning this project. Bid security in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid amount submitted is required of each bidder. Clovis Housing and Redevelopment Agency, Inc. reserves the right to retain the security of the next lowest bidder until the lowest bidder enters into a contract or until thirty (30) days after the bid opening, whichever is shorter. If any bidder refuses to enter into a contract, the Clovis Housing and Redevelopment Agency, Inc. may retain their bid security as liquidated damages. Bidders are advised that the specifications of the Project Manual require that Davis-Bacon federal wage rates be paid for labor. Any state labor wage rates that exceed the corresponding federal rate is inapplicable and shall not be enforced. (Federal Register August 10, 1988, 24 CFR Part 905, 941, 965 & 968). Bidders are advised that a liquidated damages clause is included in the Contract, as called for in the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Clovis Housing and Redevelopment Agency, Inc. reserve the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities.
