Demolition and site work for a fire / police facility in Caledonia, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Work can be generally described as the demolition of the Police Department portion of the former Public Safety Building located at 6900 Nicholson Road. A Fire Station is connected to the existing Police Station with a shared concrete block wall. The building is split level and consists of approximately 6,000 square feet. Gas has been disconnected but the demolition contractor will be responsible for all other service abandonments between the Fire and Police Stations. The Village Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in proposals and to award a contract to the bidder who will best serve the interests of the Village. Project Award is expected August 26th, 2025. Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope marked Village of Caledonia Police Department Demolition 2025 .
