Reference Number 0000298310 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/21 12:00:00 PM EDT The Contractor shall carry out maintenance, repair, and minor service work at the direction of Kinark. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Interior Repairs & Maintenance: Drywall patching and repairs Painting (touch-ups and full wall/room jobs) Flooring repairs or replacements Door and hardware maintenance Window repairs Exterior Repairs & Grounds Maintenance: Roofing repairs Fence and deck repairs Concrete patching Tree cutting and removal Furniture & Fixtures: Furniture assembly and relocation TV mounting Light bulb and fixture replacements Fire/smoke alarm replacements Plumbing and Electrical (minor): Minor plumbing repairs Minor electrical repairs The Contractor is expected to work collaboratively with Kinark representatives to schedule and perform work in a manner that is as non-disruptive as possible to business operations. Emergency after-hours work will be required. General note: Items beyond this scope shall be addressed, quoted and approved individually. Approval shall be given by Kinark before the commencement of any such work by at least one staff in a management position one which will preferably be the Regional Administrative Manager for the Area Program and/or the Property Manager.
