This project involves the demolition of five (5) residential units located at the following addresses: o 80 North Lane, Angola, NY 14006 SBL 250317-1-1 o 9877 Lakeshore Road, Angola, NY 14006 SBL 250.17-8-55 o 275 Taft Ave., Angola, NY 14006 SBL 250.14-9-3 o 489 Roanoke Ave., Angola, NY 14006 SBL 250-11-7-5.1 o 9986 Southwestern Blvd., Angola, NY 14006 SBL 250.00-3-11.112 Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will NOT be held. RFI's will be accepted at the Office of the Engineer to the attention of Branden Riggs via post or email (BRiggs@CPLteam.com). If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on August 11 th , 2025, from the office of the Engineer. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified bank check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted. Security for Faithful Performance: The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. All Bids must be accompanied by the contractor's Certificate of Registration. All bids shall be binding for a period of forty five (45) days after the bid opening date. The Town of Evans reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
