Separate Sealed Bids for the Town of Evans 2025 Residential Demolitions for 4 PROPERTIES This project involves the demolition of unsafe structures located on four (4) properties at the following addresses: 9877 Lakeshore Rd., Angola, NY 14006 SBL#250.17-8-55 275 Taft Ave., Angola, NY 14006 SBL# 250.14-9-3 489 Roanoke Ave., Angola, NY 14006 SBL# 250.11-7-5.1 9986 Southwestern Blvd., Angola, NY 14006 SBL# 250.00-3-11.112. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will NOT be held. Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI s will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. local time on July 26th, 2025 at the Office of the Engineer to the attention of Branden Riggs via post or email (BRiggs@CPLteam.com). If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on July 27th, 2025, from the office of the Engineer. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified bank check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted. The successful bidder must be an equal opportunity employer, must meet all appropriate State and Federal standards, and comply with all relevant governmental regulations. Security for Faithful Performance: The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. All bids shall be binding for a period of forty five (45) days after the bid opening date. The Town of Evans reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
