This project involves mowing and brush hogging for the Town of Evans under a 3-year contract running from May 2026 through October 2028 at various Town owned sites and facilities. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and must be submitted on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the bid form. Only bidders who receive bid documents from the designated issuing office will be allowed to submit a bid for award. Each bid must include a certified bank check or bid bond for at least five percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and labor and material payment bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Bidders must comply with relevant non-discrimination employment executive orders, execute a non-collusive bidding certificate, comply with the Iran Divestment Act of 2012, and are exempt from sales and use taxes on materials or supplies purchased for the project. All bids must include the contractor's certificate of registration and are binding for 45 days after the opening date. The Town of Evans reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. The Work will be substantially completed by October 27th, 2028; Final compleytion-November 10th, 2028. Q/A :- Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI's will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. local time on October 29 th , 2025 at the Office of the Engineer to the attention of Branden Riggs via post or email (BRiggs@CPLteam.com). If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on October 31st, 2025, from the office of the Engineer.
