Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Angola, New York. Completed plans call civil work for a multi-residential development.
The project consists of the demolition without asbestos abatement of structures at 1611 Inwood Ave., Angola, NY 14006. The work includes complete removal and disposal of the unsafe structure(s), foundation, and all rubbish and garbage, as well as work to render the property safe, including but not limited to fill, grading, and seeding. Bidders must submit sealed bids labeled for this demolition with a certified check or bid bond of at least 5% of the bid amount. Bidders are required to comply with Code Rule 56 of the NYS Department of Labor, prevailing wage and supplement requirements, Executive Orders 11246 and 11375 prohibiting discrimination, and the Iran Divestment Act of 2012. Bidders must execute a Statement of Non-Collusion, provide Performance and Payment Bonds each equal to 100% of contract value if awarded, and comply with all relevant state and federal regulations. The Town of Evans is exempt from state and local sales and use taxes for purchases relating to this contract. All bids are binding for forty-five days, and the Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Question Deadline 11/20/2025 at 2:00 PM ET
