TOWN OF FRANKLIN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SIDEWALK REPAIR AND RECONDITIONING The Town of Franklin is soliciting bids for a project (this Request for Proposals, the RFP) which will include the demolition, removal, regrading, installation and replacement of sidewalks, curb and gutter and ADA compliant curb ramps. The installations shall occur on Iotla Street in the Town of Franklin. The contract will cover all aspects of the work from assessment to completion and final acceptance of work. Proposals received after that date and time will be rejected. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it deems such to be in the best interest of the Town of Franklin.
