LOCATION OF IMPROVEMENTS The East Alley Water Main Improvements project is located on East Alley Drive from Hydraulic Avenue to Van Emmon Street as well as the entrance to Van Emmon Park in the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois. Completion- November 15, 2025. liquidated damages, the sum of $1,025 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter the time of completion.
