Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project includes the removal and replacement of damaged fence components, posts setting, disposal of windscreen (fabric), and restoration of any areas disturbed during the work. The Scope also includes, but is not limited to: Fabrication and Installation: o Cut and remove damaged fence sections o Cut all damaged posts flush o Take down and dispose of existing Windscreen(fabric) except for School Name Windscreen facing Sparkleberry Ln. o Rework and reinstall top and bottom rail o Install new posts in repositioned locations as required Replacement and Reinstallation: o Cut square holes into existing asphalt o Relocate and install 20 new fence posts o Use enough concrete to fully secure post holes o Rework top and bottom rails o Rehang existing 10' chain-link fabric (approx. 230 linear feet) Setting posts o Posts shall be set in concrete and centered. The tops of concrete bases shall be finished smooth slightly above the ground surface and sloped to drain. o After the posts have been installed and the concrete has set so that it will not be damaged, the rails and bracing shall be installed along with all fencing.
