The City of Selma is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Right of Way Acquisition Consultant Services for the Dinuba Avenue and McCall Avenue Traffic Signal Improvement Project, a federally funded traffic signal installation. The project will require acquisition of property rights from private parcels to widen public streets and accommodate the proposed improvements. Question Deadline 08/13/2025 at 10:00 AM PT Any questions related to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Jerome Keene, Deputy City Manager for the City of Selma via email at jeromek@cityofselma.com This contract is funded with Local and Federal funds. As such, consultants must comply with all applicable regulations and laws. The project includes a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 20%. The selected consultant will be responsible for appraisal reports, waiver valuations, property acquisition, and preparation of related documents and parcel records.
