Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burr Ridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work includes ductile iron water main installation (both open cut and horizontal directionally drilled), PVC water main installation (both open cut and horizontal directionally drilled), water service line and valve replacement, existing water main and appurtenances abandonment, intermittent curb and gutter replacement, miscellaneous storm sewer and sanitary sewer pipe and structure repair and/or replacement, driveway and pavement patching, landscaping restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the Plans and specifications. The total length of the project is approx. 8,327 feet (1.58 miles). The work as shown on the Plans and as specified herein for the 2025 Water Main Replacement Project includes improvements for water main and associated work tasks along 62 nd Street and Cove Creek Court in DuPage County, and along various streets in Carriage Way Subdivision in Cook County, collectively.
