Renovation of an educational facility in Winterville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Pitt Community College is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for qualified Architectural/Engineering firms to select a qualified designer to provide design services related to PCC Main Campus Security Upgrades project (Project). The scope includes addition of access card system and new key hardware. Funding for Phase One has been approved. Phase two may not be funded until after the first phase is completed. This RFQ process will select a designer to work on both phases. Question Deadline 08/01/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Questions concerning this RFQ shall be submitted in writing to Glenn Sheppard via email to glsheppard@my.pittcc.edu .Indicate RFQ name and project number #2906 in the subject heading of the email The College will review Proposals and all the information provided in the submittals package. A selection committee comprised of PCC Staff will be convened to review the proposal packages. The College reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals. Respondents that are deemed competitive may be asked to attend an interview and should make themselves available for a presentation of their proposal to the selection committee. Each firm will be responsible for all costs (e.g., travel and presentation materials) related to the presentation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
