Metal Storage Structure for Biomass Material Bids will later be reviewed by the High Desert Biomass Cooperative staff for compliance and a recommendation made to the High Desert Biomass Cooperative Board for approval. All questions or issues that may arise regarding bidding, bid award process, or specifications shall be directed to Sisul Engineering. The official response to any questions or request will be through the addendum process outlined in the bid documents. Sealed bids will be received by the High Desert Biomass Cooperative. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the time and date at the Harney County Courthouse. The work consists of the following: Project construction of a new pre-engineered 100' x 60' metal building for biomass material storage at the School District #3 Facility near the intersection of N. Harney Ave. and West 'C' Street. The project includes but is not limited to; providing pre-engineered building & foundation plans and materials as a package, permits, demo, site grading, concrete foundation, concrete slabs, building assembly, chain link fencing, storm drain system, bollards, electrical-panel, wire, lights and outlets. Contracts will be awarded based on schedule 'A' of work in the proposal. Contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all the requirements of the bid submission, qualifications, references, and specifications offering the total lowest price. High Desert Biomass Cooperative reserves the right to withdraw any item(s) from the award if it is in their best interest. High Desert Biomass Cooperative may cancel this procurement or reject any or all bids in accordance with ORS 279B.100. Eligible bidders must provide contact information and be on the Bidders List. All proposals shall be made on proposal forms, accompanied by completed Bidder's Certification Statements, Drug Testing Program Certification Form, Insurance Requirements Form, Proposal Form, and First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form (within two hours of bid closing). Once awarded, a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and one hundred percent (100%) payment bond will be required to guarantee the faithful performance of the contract.
