Small Firm Credit: No Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation Goal: 20% Minority/Women's Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Participation Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Participation Goal: 0% Minimum Number of Required DBE Alternates: 1 for each DBE firm proposed This agreement will provide construction inspection services to support a capital project to resurface the asphalt riding surface to a smooth and distress free condition by milling and resurfacing the existing pavement on the Long Island Expressway (I495) from the Queens/Nassau County Line to NY 25 (Exit 40) in Nassau County. The work limits are 9.38 center line miles (103.18 lane miles).
