Creek Road and Spook Hollow Road, Morgan County, Ohio. Rock riprap and woven wire gabion baskets will be installed to stabilize and protect the streambank(s). All disturbed areas will be graded to provide positive drainage and seeded and mulched to provide permanent vegetative cover. If necessary, blockages will be removed to restore channel capacity. ***Per Clause 52.228-13 Alternative payment Protections, the contractor shall submit a form of payment protection after award*** The solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 through $250,000. A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated. A site visit will be on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 10:00 am EST. Attendees may meet at the first site, on N. Creek Road, 1.3 miles northwest of the Center Bend Road/Creek Road intersection. N. Creek Road is also known as Township Road 941 in Center Twp., Morgan County. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within three (3) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than twenty-seven (27) days. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
