A Job Order Contract (hereinafter called JOC) is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual projects at different locations throughout the County of Los Angeles. It includes a collection of detailed repair remodeling, refurbishment, alteration and other construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices. The term of the contracts will be for one (1) year or the expenditure of the maximum contract value ($6,210,093.15), whichever comes first. Provided however, that if a work order is issued by LACDA prior to the expiration of the annual contract period, the contract term shall be automatically extended solely to allow the original scope of such work order to be completed.
