Financial guarantees and other requirements may be specified in the tender documents. If you do not have a copy of the City of Saguenay's general tender specifications, Volume II, 2003 edition, you should obtain a copy along with the tender documents on OAIS. The general tender specifications, Volume II, form an integral part of this call for tenders. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors with an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by such agreement and, where applicable, whose licence is required under the Building Act (R.S.Q. c-B-1.1) will be considered. The City of Saguenay does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and will not incur any obligation whatsoever towards the bidder or bidders.
