Scope of Work of the contract includes: Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for performing roadway surface repairs through patching of identified areas. As an alternate bid item, the contractor shall provide pricing for full removal and replacement of additional existing roadway within the designated limits. City of Brookshire reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The solicitation is to assist the City of Brookshire in providing construction services for projects funded with its allocation of ARPA funds. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and bidder/contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the bidder/contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.
