The City of Fulshear anticipates successful respondent(s) shall provide services for the term of October 1, 2025-September 30, 2026. The City intends to select more than one firm to provide the services listed. All services are to be performed by persons appropriately licensed and registered under state laws governing the practice of engineering. The City will utilize these services for projects related to the categories listed in this RFQu The City of Fulshear is seeking interested firms with the demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform professional municipal engineering, evaluation, light/preliminary design, construction management, traffic evaluation, third-party review, right-of-way and environmental services on an on-call or as-needed basis. The City will select a short list of firms for several categories as outlined in this RFQu. If selected, the city will then attempt to negotiate a fair and reasonable price that is consistent with and not higher than the recommended practices and fees published by the applicable professional associations; and that do not exceed any maximum provided by law. Submittals must only contain a cover letter, Exhibit A (Statement of Qualifications Form), and Exhibit B (Reference Form) in (1) one PDF document. The cover letter is a maximum of (1) one page and (1) set of Exhibit A per category, (1) copy of Exhibit B (Reference Form), (1) QIC Form, and (1) W9. The City reserves the right to conduct negotiations with one or more Respondent and the City shall not be obligated to enter in any contract with any Respondent on any terms or conditions. The City further reserves the right to conduct interviews with respondents, with no further obligation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
