It shall be the responders responsibility to make inquiry as to the addenda issued. Before the contract is awarded, the contractor shall pay all taxes, licenses, fees, and other charges which are outstanding and due to the City. The City of Shreveport reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
