Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Baymeadows Community Improvement District (District) will accept bids from all qualified companies interested in constructing the remaining sidewalk along Baymeadows Circle East between Legacy Trail and Meadow Vista Way to be 5 wide, 4 thick sidewalk per FDOT standards and meet ADA requirements. In order to submit a bid, each bidder must (1) be authorized to do business in Florida, (2) hold all required state and federal licenses, including those with Duval County, in good standing; and (3) have at least three (3) years experience with similar sidewalk installation projects. All bids should have a diagram/map attached showing where the sidewalks will be install. Proposal should also state that the new sidewalks will not interfere with existing drainage, cause puddling and/or erosion to occur. All permits including but not limited to tree removal permits, permits for wetland impacts and repairs to any disturbed landscaping, irrigation or existing driveways would be the responsibility of the contractor and should be noted in the bid. Any and all questions relative to this invitation to bid shall be only directed in writing to District Manager, Lesley Gallagher at lgallagher@rizzetta.com . Questions must be submitted on or before 12:00 p.m., July 24, 2025.
