Trades include site work, ground improvements, fencing, landscape & irrigation, tilt-up concrete, structural steel, stainless steel kitchen casework, millwork, spray foam insulation, metal wall panels, TPO roofing, sealants & waterproofing, doors & hardware, overhead doors, aluminum storefront, drywall / LGMF / ceilings, tile & rubber flooring, polished concrete flooring, resinous flooring, toilet partitions & accessories, flag pole, wood lockers, signage, window treatments, elevator, plumbing, fire sprinklers, HVAC, diesel exhaust capture system, electrical, fire alarm, voice data, access control, lightning protection & fire station alerting system (FSAS). Project includes a 20% JSEB participation goal. Construction began November 2025.
