Questions regarding this bid must be received by 5:00 PM (local time) on Monday, July 28, 2025 for consideration The scope of work includes cleaning and sealing of cracks and joints in the bituminous concrete pavement of Runway 14-32 at Jacksonville Executive at Craig Airport and Runway 11-29 at Herlong Recreational Airport. Cracks and joints varying between 1/8-inch and 1-inch width will be cleaned and sealed in accordance with the details in the plans and at locations as directed by the Engineer. All pavement markings located on Runway 14-32 and Runway 11-29 affected by the crack and joint sealing operations shall be repainted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration Specification P-620, Runway and Taxiway Marking. The bid plans for the repairs are attached as Exhibit A.
