Renovation of a municipal facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of September 30, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) is looking to implement a certified, out-of-box operational, mass communications system at our Myrtle Avenue Operations Campus [MAOC], meeting all applicable State and Federal codes, regulations, and be capable of integrating with JTAs current Authority-wide fire alarm system. JTA is seeking a firm with proven experience and the internal resources necessary to support end-to-end hardware and software installation, routine system testing, internal user training, and certification of a mass communications system within the campus. Question Deadline 07/31/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Response to Questions:August 8, 2025, 5:00pm Issue Notice of Intent to Award:September 2, 2025 Upon Completion (120 days) The DBE/SBE participation goal for the Contract is 10%. All JTA contracts are subject to funding availability and are not binding upon the Authority until duly executed by the Authority and delivered to the Proposer.
