Renovation of a medical facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Purpose of providing and installing a comprehensive security camera and badge reader card access system. This system is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of both personnel and clients at our facility Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Guarantee shall be in the form of a bid bond executed by an approved surety company, made payable to the County of Ingham. Any proposal that is in excess of $50,000.00, if awarded, will be required to provide 100 percent (100%) of the contract amount coverage in Performance Bond and Payment Bond as required by Public Act 1963, No. 213 Bid guarantee shall run for a period of not less than ninety (90) days. If the successful proposer fails to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates within ten (10) business days after receipt of Notice of Award, such guarantee shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. Question Deadline 08/05/2025 at 3:00 PM ET email: questions@ingham.org Subject: 112-25 4.0 SCOPE OF WORK The selected contractor will be responsible for the following: a) Design: Follow the detailed drawings and plans provided for the placement of security cameras and badge readers. This plan takes into account the specific security needs of the facility, ensuring that all critical areas are adequately monitored and controlled. b) Installation: Install the security camera and badge reader access system according to the approved design provided in the attached floor plans. This includes all necessary wiring, hardware, and software and system components, etc. c) Commissioning and Testing: After installation of all devices, complete all set-up commissioning and system testing to ensure the system is fully functional and meets all performance requirements for CMHA CEI. d) Training: Provide comprehensive training to designated CMHA CEI personnel on the operation and management of the system. e) Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance by offering a maintenance agreement that will commence post installation and commissioning that will provide needed support for the system, including regular inspections, repairs, and software upgrades.
