The scope includes abandonment of deteriorated CSO, cured-in-place pipe lining to convert CSO into storm sewer, installation of new sewer and water lines, lateral line connections to existing buildings to separate roof drains from internal sewer lines, traffic control planning, and demolition and replacement of pavement with concrete. Construction may involve substantial trenching and excavation up to 30 feet deep.
