SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to State Finance Law 163.6 and NYS Education Law 355(5)(a), for the above noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State small businesses, businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law and, if applicable, businesses selling commodities or technology that are recycled or remanufactured. Disconnect Utilities: Contractor to disconnect all waterlines, waste lines, and electrical lines connected to the equipment. Removal of Existing Fixtures: - Contractor to remove all existing water boxes and waste boxes. - Contractor to disconnect and remove all top cabinets. - Contractor to disconnect all sinks, faucets, and water supply. - Contractor to remove all bottom cabinets, countertops, and backsplashes. Wall Preparation: - Contractor to fix all wall compounds and tape as needed. Installation of New Cabinets: - Contractor to build, fabricate, and install new top cabinets with self-closing hardware. - Contractor to fabricate and install bottom cabinets with drawers on each side, equipped with self-closing hardware. Installation of New Fixtures: - Contractor to supply and install a new sink, faucet, and water supply. - Contractor to replace all traps with self-ventilating models. - Contractor to install new 1 3/4" granite countertops and 4-inch backsplashes. Reconnection: - Contractor to reconnect all water boxes and electrical lines.
