Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Fort Bragg, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,000-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.
**As of August 26, 2025, the project was awarded to FRC, Inc., with an awarded amount of $973,099.60** Question Deadline 08/08/2025 Questions regarding the bid package should be directed in writing as soon as possible (but no later than five working days prior to the opening of bids). Project Description: The Fort Bragg Wastewater Treatment Plant is looking to construct a building to store the byproduct of the Bio Solids operations, for protected drying. The building will be approximately 50' deep by 100' wide, with openings on one of the long sides and closed on the three remaining sides. The structure will be wood frame, on top of a 4'-0" high concrete stem wall. Finish will be Cement Fiber Siding and a Membrane Roof. No doors or interior improvements are anticipated. Height will be approximately 20'. Work shall be completed within 100 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Required Contractor's License(s): A California Class B contractor's license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. Prevailing Wage Laws: The successful Bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project, and related requirements contained in the Contract Documents.
