The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit Qualifications from Respondents licensed as Certified General Contractors in the State of Florida to perform Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the construction of the SJSO Police Athletic League (PAL) Sports Complex located within St. Johns County, consisting of: 2825 Allen Nease Road, Elkton, FL 32033 (Parcel ID: 1011600010) The intent of the SJSO is to select the most qualified Respondent, based upon evaluation of submitted Qualifications, Technical Proposal, and presentations/interviews with shortlisted Respondents, to negotiate and award a Contract with a firm to serve as the SJSO's CMAR for this project. The planned project consists of turf and natural grass Ball Fields, Bleachers, Multipurpose Concession/Restroom/Storage Building, Walking Paths, Lighting, and Restroom Buildings. Also included are related drives, a parking lot, site utilities, FF&E services and other park-like amenities. Maximum budget for this portion of the project is $5.1 Million. The PAL Diamond of Dreams Facility (Parcel ID: 1011600010): Within the 31-acre footprint of the overall PAL Sports Complex will be a separately funded project consisting of an ADA accessible baseball/softball field specifically for athletes with physical disabilities. The total scope of this project will include an ADA turf ball field, bleachers, multipurpose concession and restroom building with an exterior shade structure, ADA accessible walking paths and emergency vehicle access paths from parking to the field. Maximum budget for this portion of the project is $2.5 Million. Each of these scope of services will require a separate Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
